Victoria Agudah, APRN, RN, NP

Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
460 E Fordham Rd, 2005, Bronx, NY
Victoria Agudah, NP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Known for her compassionate, nonjudgmental, and attentive approach, Victoria is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their mental health journey by fostering a safe, trusting environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Victoria holds a BSN from Southwestern Adventist University in Texas, an MSN in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care from Walden University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. Her diverse clinical training reflects her commitment to holistic, evidence-based care that addresses the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of well-being. Her passion for mental health is rooted in personal experience. Having witnessed the impact of mental illness in her own family—compounded by stigma and the effects of war and migration—Victoria developed a strong desire to advocate for those often silenced or misunderstood. She was inspired early in life by the compassion of Catholic nuns in her hometown, and although her path ultimately led her to nursing rather than religious service, that early influence remains foundational in her approach to care. Victoria works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, or both. Her goal is to break down barriers to care and provide support that is culturally sensitive, practical, and empowering. Outside of her clinical work, Victoria enjoys cooking, decorating, and traveling—activities that help her maintain balance and bring renewed energy to her practice. Above all, Victoria is passionate about delivering stigma-free, person-centered care and helping her clients lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.
