Through a combination of medication management and therapy, I treat a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD etc. I strive to foster warm, trusting relationships with my patients in a positive and always nonjudgmental environment. Over the years, I've had the privilege of treating many patients in a wide variety of settings. I believe that one of the most important things we can do for our overall well-being and quality of life is to prioritize and optimize our mental health. I hope to help patients live their best, most fulfilling lives possible. Everyone has a unique story, and I work collaboratively with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their individual needs and goals.
