About Dr. Viktoryia Kazlouskaya
Dermatology Circle PLLC is a direct pay (self-pay) practice that does not participate in insurance plans and operates as an out-of-network provider. Patients must pay at the time of service. While we provide codes for insurance claims, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. If you have insurance, you can obtain medication through your plan. If uninsured, we work with local pharmacies to offer affordable options.
Our pricing is based on the concern: initial medical or cosmetic visit except hair loss - $350; initial hair loss visit with digital trichoscopy - $450; mole mapping/total body photography - $500; follow-up visit - $200.
A $50 deposit is required. If you reschedule, your deposit remains valid for one year. We avoid double-booking to dedicate sufficient time to each patient and maintain an efficient schedule.
You will be seen by a board-certified dermatologist and have direct access to your provider between visits for emergencies. All procedures are performed by board-certified dermatologists. Dr. Kazlouskaya is an internationally recognized dermatologist with extensive experience in medical and cosmetic skin conditions. She earned her medical degree, dermatology residency, and PhD from Vitebsk State Medical University and completed a dermatology residency at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. She has authored over 70 scientific publications and 15+ book chapters and is a sought-after speaker at international meetings. Our special expertise includes acne, acne scars, hair loss, chronic and rare inflammatory skin conditions, and cosmetic procedures. We provide care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

Rarely one encounters someone as kind as dr. Viktorya.
She was attentive, explain everything thoroughly, made us feel comfortable and taken care of; I don’t think I can recommend her enough. I’m so happy we found her and I could take my mom to her.
I myself have struggled with dermatologists and I always feel rushed, that was not the case with dr. Viktorya, she made the time to see my mom and as I said, take care of her.
Her staff was also incredibly kind and helpful.
The offices are well located and pristine.

Dr. Kazlouskaya made me feel super comfortable during my appointment and eased any anxieties I had over the skin concern I saw her for. I never felt rushed as she listened to all my concerns and shared her knowledge with me. She was really friendly as was her receptionist. Overall, it was a great experience. I have been going to Dr K for several years now and recently I found out she opened her own place in Manhattan which is closer to me, so I was excited. She is very passionate about what she does. I initially came to her with the concern of the moles on body. Dr K, does yearly full body exams to make sure my moles are healthy and none cancerous. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a dermatologist that you're truly comfortable with and do yearly check ups with. I would definitely recommend for you to check out Dr K to be your go to dermatologist.

Fantastic, can't recommend enough!!! I struggled with hair loss for years and saw dozens of other dermatologists in NYC, but Dr. K was the first one to actually help. PRP injections and microneedling worked amazing, I'm very happy with the results!
