“I have not had good experiences with doctors. My doctor of over 30 years left medicene. The next doctor was ok. He left medicene. My expectations going in were low.
WOW! I WAS STUNNED. I walked in and 3 people greeted me. They asked my name and immediately found my appointment. They welcomed me, said someone would be tight with me. Less than 3 minutes I was taken back. The PA knew my name. She weighed me, checked my BP and weight. We went to a room. And BAM she was very professiional. Checked my history. Make me at ease. She walked out, spoke with the doctor and he greeted me like I really mattered. Not like another chart on his shelves. He went iver why I was there. He wanted to know MY CONCERNS! I have not been pleased with a doctor like this in decades. I love my Gastro doctor, bUT, his staff is awful. So to find a doctor who cares about me. And a staff who makes me feel welcome was amazing. My daughter and husband will both be seeing him in the next month. A real Gem!”
