What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate to help individuals truly wanting to heal and regain their life back to themselves and their families. I offered wide range of services as mentioned below: Comprehensive Lab Testing Advanced lab panels focused on mental, gut, hormonal, and nutritional health — including testing for inflammation, microbiome imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid function, and more. Medication Management Thoughtful, evidence-based use of psychiatric medications tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to alleviate symptoms effectively while minimizing side effects — and medications are always integrated as part of a broader care plan, not the only solution. Genetic Testing (Gene Sight) Genetic testing to help guide psychiatric medication choices based on how your body metabolizes different medications — supporting more personalized and effective treatment planning. Functional & Integrative Approach: An evidence-based, whole-body approach that explores how your physical health impacts your mental well-being — and addresses the root biological factors through lab testing, supplements, and nutrition. Hormonal Balance Evaluation: Evaluation and support for hormonal imbalances that can impact mood, energy, anxiety, and emotional regulation — especially around perimenopause, postpartum, and menstrual cycles. *Please note I do not provide disability evaluation *Please note I do not FMLA paperwork. *Please note I do not prescribe controlled Substance or treat ADHD. *Please note I do not do Competency Evaluation. Some conditions require a higher level of care than can be safely treated in our clinic: – Active thoughts of self-harm or suicide – Active thoughts of harming someone else –Disabling Eating disorders (anorexia, binging/purging) – Alcohol or drug addiction/abuse – Any other condition or set of symptoms at any point deemed to be severe enough to need a higher level of care in hospital.
