About Dr. Virginia Pagani
Virginia Pagani, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 10 years of diverse experience. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Pagani offers high-quality gynecological care to women at Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, which has multiple convenient locations in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, and Orlando.
Dr. Pagani graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, in 2004. Six years later, she earned her medical doctorate from the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
In 2010, Dr. Pagani moved to Florida to start her OB/GYN residency training at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando. Since completing her residency, she's provided exceptional gynecological care to women suffering from a wide range of gynecological conditions. She routinely treats patients who are living with conditions like endometriosis, human papillomavirus (HPV), and pelvic pain. She also provides a number of services, such as sexually transmitted disease (STD) screenings, Pap smears, well-woman exams, and minimally invasive gynecological surgery.
In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Pagani is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, the National Competency Cancer Network, and the North American Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
When she is not providing exceptional gynecological care to the women of Central Florida, Dr. Pagani enjoys spending time with family, painting, reading, dancing, running, playing volleyball, and watching movies.

I waited over a month for a postpartum check up and my appointment was canceled a week before my appointment due to an emergency. That wasn't issue. My issues was that the office did not try to get me seen at a closer time to my original appointment. I was very saddened that this issues was not taken care of had to find another OBGYN.

There were not enough chairs for patients waiting in the waiting room. Not all of my concerns were addressed or followed up with. One question I had the Dr. told me her partner handles and did not discuss further.

I was seen right away. The office staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Pagani was very caring, and patient. She took the time to listen to me and explained everything clearly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. Would definitely recommend.
