NP Vivian, Dr. Joseph and the staff were all soooo patient and kind with us. As parents seeking “alternative” routes I felt seen and understood instead of judged. This is so profound and speaks volumes on how they really respect their patients. Office was clean and the appointment process was seamless. Blood work was less than an hr. Would love to return!

This NP was incredibly nasty and the appointment was absolutely pointless. Upon explaining what I needed from the visit, she told me that she can’t do anything for me. She refused to give me any refills on my regular medications for diabetes and one other ailments that I suffer from; none of which were controlled substances. I even provided bloodwork; which she claimed to have never received! I then told her that I would like this appointment to be canceled since she was refusing to help me. Yet they went ahead and billed my insurance for the visit that lasted all of 4 minutes over the phone!
Her bedside manner was atrocious! She was so rude I could hardly believe that I was speaking with a healthcare “professional.” I do not recommend her, nor do I recommend this practice.

We had a virtual appointment that the Dr conducted over the phone and we never got on video which was a bit frustrating. She said I should go into the office to see another doctor. I did not like that because it was very difficult to get an appointment with the other doctor
