I am really impressed with Bibibana and all of her staff. I gather there were some communication glitches with Zocdoc and there were scheduling issues that neither myself or the providers were aware of prior to my arrival.

Vivian Torres-Olsen, NP, DNP was knowledgeable and personable. As a new patient we spoke of medical history, current medications, and of course discussed in depth the reason for my visit. She took the time to understand, provided information, was kind and delicate with the issue, and provided next steps. Although my insurance isn't accepted today (I hope to help change that) and my drive was long, I will absolutely go back.

Absolutely phenomenal so glad I made the appointment. I’ve been on a downward runaround spiral with a dozen different doctors in a two week hospitalization. But absolutely no true results. She was more thorough and aware that everyone else combined very impressed and grateful.

Very friendly staff with a very clean and tidy office. Dr. Olsen is clearly very passionate about her job and that’s much appreciated, she even gave me some free supplement advice. They weren’t aware of me setting an ‘appointment’ online but they still saw me right away for a walk-in visit and made the paperwork very fast and easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good family practitioner.

Only issue, ZocDoc said Cigna Open Access Plus was In Network. I got billed out of network at nearly twice the cost, not cool. Sure makes you wonder...

This appointment was for my first pap-smear and I was a bit nervous going in, after meeting the doctor I was completely relaxed, and comfortable. This was the best and easiest doctors visit I've ever had. I 100% recommend Dr. Vivian Torres-Olsen! She was amazing, as well as her staff, the only thing I would say to look out for is that I had to pay a hefty amount because they didn't take my insurance. Though I would say that is more of a Zocdoc issue- not the doctors office. The space itself was a bit small, but comfortable and clean.

Dr. Torres-Olsen is so, SO sweet. I’ve had some really bad experiences, with Drs in the past…. Dont have to worry about that with her tho! She was so much more, than I could’ve hoped for!!!! Her staff was super sweet too. Checking in was quick and easy. The office feels welcoming, is decorated adorably, and I love the jewelry they have hanging up! Her bedside manner is the best I’ve had in a VERY long time. Shes respectful, and polite. She genuinely seems caring, and empathetic. Which is a huge deal for me! She took an extremely triggering, and stressful situation for me, and turned it into the best experience she possibly could have. #1 experience, in 8+ years. I feel like that alone, showed me so much about her, and her capability as a Dr. I feel so lucky, and so SO grateful, that I found Bibiana’s!! 10/10 will continue to recommend!!

I not only am making Dr. Vivian Torres-Olsen my primary care, but I have am going to make an appointment for my daughter and my fiancé! Dr. Torres-Olsen was AMAZING and her staff made me feel secure. I went there a bit unsure and I left with getting bloodwork, new medication and an Ultrasound that no other doctor even thought of. I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed at all!

I learned that although Zocdoc indicated I was in network, I wasn’t. I had to pay an out of network fee, but it still was worth it. Initially coming in office, I was a little hesitant. It looks unique compared to other doctor offices, but still clean and professional. The doctor made me feel welcome and she listened to my concerns. She’s knowledgeable and helps get down to the root of problem by making appropriate referrals. I was contacted and scheduled with radiologists and more within a week. Not only have I been scheduled but I also was scheduled for multiple appointments the same week. It all was processed quickly and I’m grateful. I’ve been frustrated and worried regarding my health concerns lately, and I felt seen finally. I am impressed. I drove 45 minutes to see Dr. Vivian and I’ll gladly do it again. She’s awesome!
