Never saw the doctor although I had an appointment for week. I was told I wasn’t in the system and to reschedule. Never coming here again .
He is a very nice and pleasant doctor but I don’t think I will be going back to him. I went for my high blood pressure and you did not listen to my heart and examined me. I was disappointed

The office was immaculate, there was no wait time, I was in & out within an hour. The doctor was very polite & professional. The front desk & medical staff were also very kind & helpful.

I had a very positive first experience. The doctor took my concerns seriously (something not very common with long covid) and ordered tests that outmatched my expectations (arguably low expectations but still). They still mask at his mutli-specialty office which is a HUGE HUGE plus and I will be recommending them to other at-risk patients for that reason. I look forward to the follow-up. The wait time was about 20 minutes, and then for the in-house test he ordered another 30?45? minutes. Was there about 1.5 hrs total. I expect long waits in NYC as other reviews will clarify it's normal. It is not a new or fancy office but if care is quality, I do not care about aesthetics. The EKG nurse (? technician?) was AWESOME and incredibly great at her job. Very caring, funny, easy going. The sonogram technician was not friendly but was professional. The desk staff I engaged with was GREAT -- kind and not weird with me in my big p100 respirator for safety. Strong community care place. Recommend.

The staf were very professional and knowledgeable, The Doctor was very caring and concerned about my health and prescribed test immediately which I had done in the office.
Verified patient
My overall experience was great despite the fact that the office change my appointment from 10 AM to 9:45 AM. the wait time in the office was crazy I still had to wait over an hour to see the doctor but the staff was very nice very welcoming and the doctor Vladimir was wonderful he was very kind very understanding and he was very cutthroat into what is going on with my diagnosis. I will give it a four out of five overall they just need to work on the waiting times because I understand appointments can be back to back but it’s not fair for those who made an appointment and we still have to wait a long period of time to see the doctor so other than that the office gets a four out of five? stars.

The office at 3007 Farragut Road was extremely disorganized. I was seen 30 mins AFTER my appointment despite arriving 15 mins early. All members of staff had either a nonchalant or idc kind of attitude and it took them 20 mins to figure out my insurance covered this visit despite it being a very popular ppo provider I was under. Do not come here, the level of service is very poor and the office looks like it is not cleaned properly.

Dr. Fridman was amazing. He listened to all issues I had. He was very helpful and he answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him. I had a great experience. The staff were so professional and helpful.
Verified patient
Dr. Vladimir was wonderful. He put my problems at ease and referred me to a specialist to specifically treat my issue. I would return just for him. The other staff was overall friendly but the technician who performed the echo was very rough and made worrisome sounds throughout which made me very nervous, although in the end there was nothing to be worried about after all.
Let me just start off by saying the women in the front desk are all over the place. I waited over an hour and a half to see a specialist, which even one of the nurses in the area behind them said, “you should have been seen in 15 minutes tops it’s crazy you had to wait that long”. All for me to only be seen by the doctor for about 4 minutes...he asked I do an echo (took another hour) and the practitioner doing it was incoherent and rude. He prescribed me blood pressure medication and I haven’t been able to get in contact with him to ask why he referred me for follow up exams without telling me anything.
He was awesome !

Dr. Vladimir was very kind, sweet and made sure I was okay before I left his office. From his staff to him they’re AMAZING. He’s my new cardiologist and glad to be his new patient. See You Soon Doc

Dr.fridman isnt bad guy hes actually cool and nice. But I personally felt he diddn’t do anything to help my sympthoms or concerns. Also felt like I was rushed out. Staff is horrible nasty and rude. The wait times are insane too.
Disorganized and unprofessional. Was there for 4 hours before seen and the spend only 5 minutes talking to the doctor before he dismissed me. The nurse prior to seeing the doctor cared more. Went in for chest pain. No EKG given nor was even a stethoscope even used. Ask the doctor a simple question like what is sinus arrhythmia and not even an answer just a shrug and a prescription for a stress test. Will never go back even for my 6 month follow up. I understand a pandemic is happening but the way I was treated made it seem like this is the normalnat this facility.

Dr. Fridman was excellent! I wish all my previous doctors were like him. Very attentive and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed.
The nurse was helpful and reassuring. After heart rate and blood pressure check was complete, I was seen by the doctor directly afterwards. He was helpful and didn't rush. I also chose to do a sonogram since I did have time. Overall it was very pleasant.
