I received 5 star service from Dr. Toller, Bridget and the entire Brighter Days team. Dr. Toller was an excellent listener and helped guide me into a positive direction. He paired me up with Dr. Locks, who is amazing in her own right. I was also very pleased with the help I received from Bridget, who contacted me prior to my original appointment date, to inform me of an earlier opening. I appreciate everyone’s help and due diligence. Great first time experience and I look forward to more interactions with the entire Brighter Days team. Thank you!!

The doctor was good and I enjoyed talking to him, but he forgot to fill my prescription and is requiring me to do an extra lab test(which is fine). He also supposedly booked an appointment with a therapist for me but never passed on any of the info for said therapist. I reached out to receptionist but they never followed up. To be in a crisis where it’s difficult to even get to this step, think you have your meds, and then for it to not be called in and not be able to get in contact with someone is beyond frustrating and I feel let down.
