Dr. Levy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ambulatory Foot Surgery (a section of American Board of Podiatric Surgery). In 1981, Dr. Levy obtained his medical degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine (Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine). He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Queens College in New York City in 1973. Dr. Levy has professional memberships in the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. He is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and New York and speaks both English and Spanish.
