“Dr Mir seems really knowledgable and had a pretty good bedside manner. He was pretty late for the appointment though, and I found that out b/c I called the office a couple times since I was waiting for him to send me a visit link.
The issue was that I couldn't get into a rheumatologist for 8 months in my area, so I looked for one that did televisits and Dr Mir came up. He didn't seem to appreciate that ZocDoc has him listed for telehealth visits b/c he likes to see pts for the fist time in office. The problem with that is he's 6hrs from me, so he said it made him uncomfortable. He was still willing to order my bloodwork, which is really what I need to start figuring out what is wrong with me, so that was good. I'm just not sure how this is going to work if he doesn't want to continue seeing me remotely. ”
