“The only issue that occurred was due to the fact that since it was Saturday the office was unable to verify my insurance. I could not wait for Monday to be seen, as I was in excrutiating pain! However, in order to be seen I had to pay $100.00 until they can verify my insurance. Other than that it was a Great Experience! I left in not as much pain and they had all the modalities I was looking for in regards to spinal decompression! I am visiting for the summer and had a disc flare up and could not sit, walk, stand, and lay down w/o a 10/10 pain! This was more efficient than waiting 5 hours at the ER then left w/o being seen. I could know longer wait in this pain. I was able to find this Chiropractor who was efficient and knowledgeable to my situation ( post-operative 2nd back surgery × 4 months ago). I highly recommend Dr. Wayne Higashi for all your back pain needs!

Dr. Wayne Higashi has been a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic since December, 2000 and Certified Athletic Trainer since 1996. He graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2000 and from the University of Santa Barbara in 1996. A member of the California Chiropractic Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, and the Southern California University of Health Sciences Alumni Association, he also has P.A.D.I. Rescue Diver Certification and American Red Cross CPR First Aid Certification.

I was given a 10 page documents to fill in and sign which took a long time and I had already did them on line but they asked me to do them again. The doctor was kind and friendly and asked all kinds of questions to evaluate my conditions. I was left in the room when the doctor left and no one showed up for at least half an hour, I was exhausted and decided to leave . I went to the front desk and told them about my situation, they were super busy and did not realize I was sitting in this room for someone to show up and no one even knew I was there. The receptionists were so busy did not know what to do with me, I let them know I was leaving and I did not want x-rays because I just had them done in another place. The girl in the front office got herself together and found a minute to make me another appointment and I finally left the office.

The person who did my adjustment caused further issues with my back which were not an issue when I arrived for the visit. I have been in pain ever since and need to somehow fix the damage that was done at my last visit.

I absolutely loved my experience. I came in with a severe back/chest ache. I was taking in pretty quickly. Everyone was so caring and between the xrays and treatments, no wait time at all. Just so refreshing when you see genuine care and concern for a patient. I left there feeling a lot better. Definitely coming back and referring them to my friends!

I had a very good visit. First stem and hot pad. Second adjustment and third sarapin injection in my S.I joint. Each treatment worked great! My pain was decrease significantly.
