The provider was kind, however the office failed to inform me that they could not screen me for an STI if I was asymptomatic and was not a wellstar pcp patient.

To have one person that works the front desk and be the nurse that takes your vitals is not acceptable for many reasons. I will not use this office again.

The lovely lady at the front desk was a joy to talk with. Very warm and engaging! Justin Murphy PA is an outstanding provider! He really listens to my concerns and prescribes optimal treatment. I always get better right away after seeing him!
