I was seen by Dr. Ojadi, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to inform me on how to prevent infections, listed product recommendations, and prescribed medication needed. For this visit, my total time spent was under 30 minutes. 5/5 !”

Overall the staff was very friendly and provider was so kind. The wait time was extremely long and the only had one person at the front desk so unfortunately she could only move so fast. Overall the friendliness of the provider made the wait better.

Got there early for my appointment I booked through ZocDoc well ahead of time. They office personnel was not aware of my appointment and said they had nothing showing I even had an appointment. I said it was made through ZocDoc and they said they weren’t able to view any of that and put me down as a walk in anyway, so making an “appointment” through ZocDoc was evidently pointless. Also wondering if the provider seemingly didn’t receive my personal info, where did it go?

Everyone we spoke with was super friendly. I feel the quality of the staff was high. There were a couple of issues tho. The Xray machine was not working, which was unfortunate as we could not get verification of the diagnosis. The hand sanitizer machine in the room was empty, and it had apparently been empty all day. Not sure why someone didn't refill it. Other than that, it was a good visit. Will return.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. The woman at the front desk informed me that I did not have an appointment bc they were unable to access the Zocdoc platform. She had another appointment for 70 minutes later. I went back an hour later and was ignored. When I finally asked 20 minutes after the appointment time when I could expect to be seen, she shrugged her shoulders and said I can't say; there are people ahead of you, and someone else may come in.
The office is undergoing some kind of renovation, and there was a very loud construction fan blowing in the lobby while another waiting patient watched videos without headphones. After dealing with this foolishness for hours, I ended up leaving and going to another location. They should close this office until the renovation is complete.

Dr bedside manner was great, the nurse assistant that took my vitals very pleasant and professional. The last MA was so unpersonal and unprofessional. I ask a question and instead of asking the doctor putthe discharge papers on the bed and said read it. And left. I did then stood on the door made eye contact with her and she said you can go . Terrible

AFTER FILLING OUT INFORMATION AND GETTING AN ASSIGNED TIME TO MEET WITH DOCTOR I GET THERE ONLY TO HAVE FRONT DESK PERSON SAY THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME FRIM ZOCDOC!!! SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED! WTF!!??

Loved the ease of scheduling an appointment but receptionist said that often the Zocdoc appointments don’t show up on her system. They still took me back on time. I was I. And out in 30 minutes. Sadly, there was an issue with my prescription. The pharmacy tried contacting the Wellstar doc for an alternative. That was yesterday afternoon. As of 9 pm the following day, still no response from Wellstar so I still don’t have my medication. Otherwise, my 4-star rating would be a 5.
