“I always come to wellstar urgent care because the staff is always extremely friendly. I never come out of the office the same way I came in. I leave feeling much better! On 2/23/26 I came in with the worse migraine. It was so painful it caused nausea and vomiting. The doctor tempered me from my last visit and ensured I was in great hands. The doctor and nurses were super nice and supportive. I mean they made me feel at home and at ease. Explaining everything to me carefully because they knew I was unwell. The light caused a lot of sensitivity because the migraine and the doctor and nurses kept the light off for me and adjusted my bed level for me to the lie down to rest. After they treated me and I waited 30 mins for the treatment to work, I was better than ever!!! ”

Went there because my primary care Dr told me to so I could get a X-ray. They couldn’t give me a X-ray because I was 5 lbs over there limit. They had no ultrasound machine to check for a blood clot so I was sent to hospital er to get my work up.

At first the receptionist was a bit cold, but she warmed up right away and was very pleasant. She had the warmest smile.
The staff in the back were nice as well. The tests took less time than stated and they got me the help I needed.

I had made an appointment that morning for 4:30 the wait time was over and hour before I saw the doctor. I went to desk after an hour and questioned how much longer. She looked at chart and said I was next there was a person with a Reversation. I told her I made an appt that morning for 4:30 so I also had a Reversation. Everyone was friendly and the Doc was good, I liked her. The only reason i would hesitate to go back was the wait time.

I was dying and didn't know it, and the doctor insisted that I go to the emergency room and told my sister in law she was concerned. She didn't have the tools to help me there, which annoyed me, but at least she kept insisting I go to the emergency room. I don't like high medical bills and wasn't going to go, but decided to go since my sister in law was going to take me. Thanks, Dr. I was sicker than I thought and would have eventually died if I hadn't gone.

The office and all the staff were very nice, thorough, and did everything to get my diagnosis. I was very happy with the office, but they said for some reason the they did not get the appointment from Zocdoc. They still took me in anyway.

To be honest, I will not return for any reason. The young lady who checked my blood pressure was very nice and seemed to understand that I was having severe difficulty hearing because of a ear infection. They didn't have the right equipment to do a chest x-ray on me. The PA didn't even understand that I came in for what I felt was bronchitis AND an ear problem. I will go to my primary care from now on.

Very poor. Did not even waste driving there. I had two questions:
1. Would they take my insurance because my Athem plan was not on on my list.
2. Do they do RSV testing. My two specialists, cardiologist, Pulmonary Dr. said on Friday I had to go and get the test because they HAD to know as I have stage 4 congestive heart failure, COPD, late stage and one removed.This RSV could get really serious. Horrible experience calling all day.press for appointment, phone goes silent, hangs up appropriately 20 minutes later.

Got there at 12:15 and was told that zocdoc doesn’t communicate with Wellstar so I had to wait around for 2.5 hours until an appt they scheduled me for.
Then it took 2 hours to be seen.

Waste of time booking appointments. Booked online for a 9 am appointment. I got there at 845 they told me I didn’t have an appointment at 9 am. “We don’t book 9am appointments. I don’t know how that happen.” So they booked me for a 9:15 appointment. I wasn’t seen until 10.
also wasn’t the only person that came in for a scheduled appointment time that the gentleman told “nope I don’t see your appointment on here”
