Dr. Estes is one of the easiest to talk to physicians I’ve met. When you’re in with him you have his undivided attention, for those minutes you’re his only patient. I’ve been seeing him for over a decade and have referred lots of family and friends.

The intake was very smooth and the staff was great. The office was very punctual and I was asked to go in almost to the minute of my scheduled appointment. The nurse was very thorough. Dr. Estes was the best part. He introduced himself as Bill and he was very friendly and made an effort to get to know me a bit. He asked a lot of questions about my concerns and fully checked me out. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend the Dr to anyone else.

That Dr. Estes only spent about 5 minutes with me. He did not even examine or check out my knees and legs at all.
Dr. Estes did not even have in stock several different types / different kinds of the prescriptions knee cap braces for me.

The staff is incredible - front desk, x-ray technician, scribes, PA - very professional and efficient. Dr. Estes gets right to the point with arriving at possible diagnoses and what direction to take from there. Everyone there is a good steward of their own time and yours. Very pleased.

I really like the doctor but the office staff at front desk need improvement. I understand the paperwork took 50 minutes to get back to the assistant. I arrived at 9:35 for a return visit and appt at 9:40 waited unitl 10:30 to be called back and watched others with appts at 10 and 10:30 called in prior.
