About Dr. William Walsh
William B. Walsh, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction with a focus on hip and knee joint replacement. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. Dr. Walsh completed his internship in Orthopaedic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and his fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Brown University, University Orthopedics. He is trained in the full scope of primary and revision joint reconstruction. Dr. Walsh has a special interest in same-day and minimally invasive surgery, including direct anterior hip replacement, partial and total knee replacement, and nonoperative management of hip and knee arthritis. Additionally, he has expertise in complex revision of infected joint replacements, failed joint reconstruction, and management of periprosthetic fractures.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful and they were aware of my appointment. I was called in to a room in less than 30 minutes where I met with the Doctor's PA initially who was friendly and warm and listened with great care to my concerns. The doctor was a bit delayed but he immediately apologized, acknowledging the delay. He listened intently and we discussed options moving forward. I found him to be very efficient, professional and attentive. We made a plan for diagnostic testing and I was contacted by his office staff and she was also very pleasant and helpful. I will see the doctor for a follow up appointment in the near future and I look forward to it.

Nice doctor experience, easy to park, staff was friendly, took my insurance. Did x-rays in the office which is always great.
Doctor explained that they were short 2 doctors and that was why my wait was an hour.
