My path to this work is deeply personal. After years of navigating debilitating endometriosis, multiple surgeries, and the emotional toll of chronic pain, I turned to acupuncture for relief. It changed everything—and inspired my life’s work. I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in health policy and healthcare management from NYU. But it was my own healing journey that led me to become a practitioner. As a “wounded healer,” I bring not only clinical expertise but real empathy and lived experience to every session.
