Dr. Wiqar Farooqi is an accomplished podiatrist with years of experience in the field. He completed his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2011 and went on to complete a 3-year surgical residency at Bellevue Hospital. If I could give Dr. Farooqi 10 stars, I would. Both him and his staff were friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable about my issues, gentle with my foot and very informative about past and present issues. His assistant was also pleasant and welcoming from beginning to end. I've had a lot of feet issues over the years, and this was by far one of my best experiences. I've already recommended him to my friend.

Was able to identify some potential other underlying issues and did not force me to make any decisions and advised me AGAINST getting any work done with him until I saw another practitioner. I have never been to a more excellent podiatrist in my life! Dr. Farooqi has wonderful bedside manner and skill to match. I had minimal downtime and required no painkillers after he performed minimally invasive surgery on my foot. His office is clean and updated. Mona, his practice director, is absolutely lovely and so accommodating. I could not recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Farooqi and Mona, the office manager, are both wonderful, compassionate professionals. He is a great listener, very knowledgeable, and explained my condition and my options very clearly. His office is fully equipped with the latest imaging technology, so I was finally able to get an X-ray without having to find a facility somewhere else. I felt great when I left, knowing my feet are in excellent hands. Highly recommended!

I’ve see a few different podiatrists over the years and Dr. Farooqi is definitely the best of them. I get anxious having medical procedures done but he made me so comfortable and confident in his care that it took all that away. He treated my ingrown toenail quickly and painlessly and the pain was gone the next day. He gave thorough instructions for after-care before I left which was helpful. The office is lovely, quiet, and calming and the receptionist was patient and warm while dealing with my insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr Farooqi and will continue to see him going forward.

Dr. Farooqi is the best podiatrist I've ever consulted with. He took his time to go over my multiple issues, which were dismissed by the previous doctors. Now I know what the issues are and what the possible treatment can be. Dr. Farooqi also took X-rays himself to confirm the findings and he took almost a full hour to answer all my questions, to explain to me what was happening and to treat some of the issues which needed attention.

The receptionist that works in the office is such a sweet lady. I called to see if I can come in early and they were able to see me. The doctor is so nice also! He’s a great listener and communicator. He acknowledged what was going on with my foot and found the best solution for me. I highly recommend!

I had a very complicated issue with my toe that two other podiatrists were unable to resolve over the course of five months. Dr. Farooqi looked at my medical history, took an x-ray, showed me the image and explained that it was actually a very simple issue of excess bone growth rather than an antibiotic-resistant infection.
His office scheduled my surgery for just a few days later and Dr. Farooqi spent quite a bit of time explaining the procedure and answering my questions. The surgical center was beautiful and everything was well organized. During follow-up appointments, I never felt rushed and Dr. Farooqi responded right away to questions that I sent via email. Mona, the office manager, is also wonderful.
On a personal level, Dr. Farooqi is very approachable and compassionate. He clearly enjoys helping his patients and makes every effort to explain medical terminology and listen to your concerns. I give Dr. Farooqi the highest recommendation possible.
