Listened poorly and was irritated when asked for clarification and getting irritated when I didn't come into the appointment with just 1 question and get done in 5 minutes. I came in with multiple questions and just were basically getting ignored and again the doc getting irritated. You could tell based on the verbal language and facial expression.
Choose another doctor if you could unless there is nothing available.

Dr. Shin diagnosed an illness I had that went under-diagnosed by every doctor I had talked to for the last two years. I cannot thank him enough for what he is done, I am now on the path to recovery. He is very thorough and listens to his patients. The office staff is extremely efficient and organized. It is very easy to set up appointments. Overall, he is a top notch doctor with a very organized and supportive staff.

Exceptionally positive experience. The staff was friendly and efficient and the doctor was thorough and responsive. I appreciated being able to get my flu shot right there. The phlebotomist did an excellent job as did the nurse who completed the EKG.

My symptoms had been brushed off so many times by my former primary doctor and several specialists, but it only took Dr. Shin one visit to figure out what was wrong with me. I am now on my road to recovery and I owe it to this wonderful, smart, and caring man. I am more than thankful I won't have to be in excruciating pain anymore!

The staff had got everything ready before I saw the doctor. My appointment was at 1:30 and sure enough the the doctor was right on time! We went through everything very thoroughly and I actually enjoyed the whole visit. This the first review I’ve ever had wrote about anything. I did want someone to benefit from doctor Shin.
