After completing an Anesthesiology residency at All India Institute of Medicine in New Delhi, she relocated to Jersey City, New Jersey, to complete an Internal Medicine residency at Jersey City Medical Center - Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2001. Bilingual in English and Hindi, Dr. Naygandhi joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic as a board-certified internist in January 2026 with more than 20 years of experience in ambulatory, emergency, and primary care. Dr. Naygandhi sees adolescents from age 15 through older adult patients, offering primary care for all their general medical needs.
