The overall experience of this place was truly upsetting and disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting for over two and a half hours just to not be seen. This place reflects on poor communication and management. This experience made me not want to ever come back to this place again.
Extremely Disappointed: Wasted My Time Without Even Being Seen I had a very frustrating experience at this medical office. I arrived on time for my 11:30 AM appointment, with all forms already filled out and ready, expecting things to go smoothly. Instead, I ended up waiting until 1:00 PM without ever seeing the doctor. I asked the front desk twice for an update. The first time, they told me to “wait a bit more,” and the second time — already 1 hour and 10 minutes into waiting — they said “you’ll be in 20 minutes.” I waited those 20 minutes, and still, no one called me in. I finally canceled my appointment and left. No updates, no apologies, and no explanation for the delay. My entire afternoon was wasted for absolutely nothing and it’s on a Monday morning! I have other stuff to do and my own life! I understand that delays happen, but this level of disorganization and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to others.
Dr. Ryzhakova only accepts dermatology visits, despite having successfully booked an annual physical on here. The office was unaware of my visit and I waited over an hour to see the doctor. If I had been just going for a dermatology visit I would say it was alright. She's nice enough but it did seem less thorough and brief of a visit than previous dermatologists. Definitely check with office beforehand to see if she actually does the service you need. I really didn't like waiting in an office full of coughing old people for an hour during a pandemic to find out she would not be giving me a physical
