I’m always very anxious with doctor visits however, the staff here are very caring and it neutralized my experience. Very witty yet professional which made this experience much better. Came to get a pap smear and consult about birth control options and received a lot of helpful info alongside a comfortable experience from both nurse and doctor. I would highly recommend this office.

Amazing experience! They called my insurance to confirm insurance coverage, copayment, and that I was in network, something most Doctor offices do not do or tell you about. Family MI Center was very clear on insurance coverage for all procedures. Dr. Olivera and her team were very respectful and committed to helping me. I had my annual and Pap smear done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The doctor was so kind and gentle, made me feel completely at ease, and explained everything step by step.
