The office was quite busy when I arrived so I was a bit worried but I was seen promptly- the assistant was nice & quick with the intake question. Yelena was also quick & concise but not in a way where I felt rushed! Just that she seems very good at her job! Everything that I was concerned about or needed a referral for was handled without any judgement or skepticism. I also appreciate how personable everyone was, I haven’t had a check up in a while so the humor & friendliness put me at ease. I would recommend Yelena to anyone like me, pushing 30 & trying to get their health in order

Actually listened to me about health concerns. Immediately provided a plan. Absolutely no wait time. I got there at 10:15 by 10:30 I was already been seen the Doctor by 10:20 am I was been taken BP ect. Great bedside manner. Would 100%recommend

Ms Yelena is sooo nice. I’m a new patient with alot of medical history. She was very welcoming and helped me with everything she also listened to me and took her time with me. She made me feel like i was her only patient lol if that makes sense. She’s the best, 10/10 5 star recommend and they accept Medicaid if you have. She referred me to all the doctors i needed and she is now my primary care doctor also. Thank you Ms Yelena! :)

My wait time was not really the fault of the Century Medical Team, it was more of an insurance problem (which the front desk staff were very helpful in resolving with me). I was satisfied with my appointment and service and will be returning! It was the first positive experience I've had at a doctor's office in a long time.
