About Dr. Yolanda Vasquez
Dr. Yolanda Vasquez, DACM, L.AC, MS, LMT, is dedicated to providing safe and effective alternative therapies at her Manhattan practice in New York City. She holds a doctorate in Chinese medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, a master’s degree in acupuncture from the Swedish Institute, and a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University. She is a certified medical cannabis consultant. As a doctor of acupuncture with a background in massage therapy, she embraces the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of traditional oriental medicine.
She has extensive experience providing acupuncture, various types of massage therapy, and cupping therapy. You can also rely on her expertise in the therapeutic use of essential oils, infrared therapy, and auricular therapy, a form of ear acupuncture.
Dr. Vasquez treats symptoms caused by diverse health conditions. Alternative therapies are especially effective for pain relief, including chronic lower back pain and neck pain. She works with you to alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression.

Yolanda is fantastic. Very kind, attentive to patient needs. I've been seeing her for sciatica during pregnancy and she has definitely helped. Would recommend.

OMG! Yolanda hands. My body aches have been so extreme since COVID. I’ve never sat as much as I have over the last two years in my entire life and my body is aching for relief daily. I’ve had massages and chiropractor appointments and still left feeling sore and tight. After one session with Yolanda, my body felt like I did before quarantine. It was loose again for the first time in a long time. She has magic hands without question. If I lived in NYC, my appointments would be weekly. If you can, go see her. You won’t regret it.

Yolanda was amazing! She was able to work on my kinks and talk through my overall wellness and health. I'm hopeful that with several more visits, my aches will be worked out! Yolanda's demeanor and bedside manners made me feel at ease to release and surrender to this process and healing.

From the greeting you get at the door to the relief you feel from Yolanda’s healing hands to the post information you receive for maintenance —- all I can say, excellent! Yolanda knows her craft and her passion for what she does is obvious by the manner in which she treats each individual. I highly recommend her services —- you are getting so much more than a massage. She is fabulous!!!!

Yolanda has changed my life. She is the most beautiful person and uses many different modalities in each session. She is the only person able to help with my muscle pain and anxiety. If I miss one week I feel a difference. She has drastically improved my day to day and I am so grateful for her.
