Yolene completed her Master's degree at Walden University with a specialization in Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She incorporates a list of CBT approaches to facilitate treatment.
MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. New Jersey law requires an in-person session for the initial prescription of controlled substances and at least one in-person session every three months to continue receiving them.
