The healthcare provider requires patients to arrive at the office 30-45 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Patients are expected to complete the necessary forms during this time, and any delay in arrival (30-45 minutes prior to your appointment ) will not be accommodated by the provider. Not sure what's the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the designated time slot is not regarded as a commitment to honor the individual's schedule.
The location in question can be described as high-traffic and congested, with parking fees amounting to $30 for a single hour.

First time visiting this office. One of the Front Desk workers was not that friendly. You work in customer service. Consider treating others the way you want to be treated. The Doctor that I scheduled with was Dr. Kim. The Doctor that I saw kind of did look like Dr. Kim but at the same time didn't. It was hard to tell if she was indeed Dr. Kim because she was wearing a mask. I'm hoping to have a better experience at my next appointment.

Have had a a hard time transferring ob gyn for pregnancy and was able to get my prenatal care and referrals as ease here. Doctor was so kind, friendly , and informative. The staff also the same and organized. Clinic was clean, and would recommend dr yuhan 100%. My appointment was for 3 pm and tells you to come 30 mins prior if new and was seen right on time. I didn’t know what to expect but was surprised of the customer service and cleanliness. No complaints whatsoever. Felt safe, comfortable, and seen. ??????????

The office was very efficient and clean, and all the staff were nice. The midwife was also perfectly pleasant and also efficient, but could have been more clear during the exam, and also did not ask about my history or concerns, or ask any follow-up questions to problems I voiced. She felt a little rushed/distracted, but would be fine for a Pap smear or prescription probably.

I went in for my first PAP smear and was in and out in 15 minutes! I was nervous going in, but they were so quick and efficient, I didn't have time to be embarrassed!

Dr. Kim was refreshingly professional, ego-free, and genuine (as was her assistant, Mei Huang (sp!)). I came for a Pap smear and pelvic exam, which was so painful the last few times I was examined (once or twice by other doctors I believe at this clinic)…I thought it was my fear…but Dr. Kim assured me she would be very gentle…and, unlike other doctors…the dreaded exams were done within seconds. I was so impressed. I am now relieved returning (to Charles B. Wang) for my annual appt, and I will definitely schedule Tommy future appts with Dr. Kim. She is wonderful and a talented gynecologist. Thank you, Dr. Kim—you’re amazing..! =)

Facilities are clean, followed Covid procedures. Total time in office was about 45 min, including new patient check in and the actual exam (I didn't have any questions or concerns). Everyone was very nice and the doctor had very nice bedside manner. Would recommend!
