It took me three hours to see the doctor. And she has my blood work and urine test without even checking me. Staff at the front desk are extremely rude and mean will never return to this doctor

I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Vinokurova for a cough that has been lingering for a month. She was so attentive, performed multiple tests, and found the most appropriate treatment for my condition. She did not rush through the appointment and really took her time to listen to me. Excellent bedside manner and so calm! The medical assistant was also great. As someone that hates going to the doctor, she really made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her! I will be switching to her as my PCP. Thank you, doctor!

When walking into the office, everything looks so bight and clean. There are multiple clipboards with the doctors’ names on them so you know which board to sign in. The receptionist was very nice and took care to be discreet when asking questions regarding my medical history and preferences. It was my first visit so I had to fill out all the forms, but after all the forms were submitted, I was called into the exam room within 10-15 minutes. The nurse was very soft spoken and had a very kind bedside manner. She was very thorough with her exam. By the time I got back from the bathroom, Dr. Vinokurova came in to talk to me and do my exam. Overall very nice experience. I was done and out of the office (with follow-ups scheduled) within an hour. I think I found my new primary care doctor!
