First patient experience. Everyone was friendly, warm and professional. Easy to park and access the office and I was seem immediately after I checked in. Nurses and doctor were efficient and courteous.
You are able to get lab/blood work done on the same floor which is nice.
All in all a great experience.

Schedule a physical. Got a 4 week later follow up. Doctor called me. Phone communication was breaking up. Put me on 2 different diets which basically I couldn’t eat anything. Back to office. I had to show him the computer system was not broken but just press nun on keyboard for numbers. Them no paper. Was written on a disposable napkin my situation. When asked how my referral appointment went… I was surprised. He forgot to send them. Class act

Clean office, almost no wait time. Dr. Gauvin was nice and personable. Lab is closed from 1230-130, prior notice would have been appreciated as I was forced to wait for 1 hour after my appointment.

I was a nervous new patient having not seen a doctor in many years. Front office staff were engaging, polite and upbeat - made me feel very welcome. Dr Gauvin was super methodical, very attentive and was great at communicating both his findings and next steps. Offices were super clean and tidy and the accompanying lab facilities were also great with fab staff. I would highly recommend Dr Gauvin as a great PCP.

Office staff seemed to be busy doing other things when I arrived, I was not greeted by anyone at the desk but the just continued to look at their screens for additional auckward 1 min. On the way out I was suppose to goto a test immediately but was unaware of that because the doctor was not clear with this direction. So I checked out and left. I had to ask for a script for the test since the front desk had no idea of what was happening.
