About Dr. Yvonne K Scarlett

Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my work to women’s health supporting fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, and autoimmune disorders through an integrative, root-cause approach. My passion is not just treating symptoms, but helping women reclaim their vitality, balance their hormones, and finally feel like themselves again. I believe deeply in education, empowerment, and giving women the tools they need to thrive at every stage of life. Licensed as a Primary Care Provider in CA, I’m also certified by the California Acupuncture Board and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as an Acupuncturist and Herbalist. I’ve always believed that healing begins with being truly seen and heard. That belief became non-negotiable after the difficult journey through my own health challenges and experiencing firsthand how life-changing integrative, functional, and Traditional Chinese Medicine can be. My commitment to comprehensive care is deeply personal because before I became a doctor, I was a patient searching for answers that conventional medicine couldn’t give to me. I’ve helped countless women transform their fertility, hormones, and overall vitality through Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially in TCM Gynecology and Reproductive Health. But along the way, I realized something essential: real healing has to start at the root. I continued my studies with advanced training in pediatrics, thyroid and brain health, not just for academic knowledge, but because I needed it for myself and those who came to me for care. Through that journey, I came to trust something I now teach every patient: your body is designed to heal when you give it the right support. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me tending to my community garden plot, walking along the beach, or dancing the night away somewhere fun.
