About Dr. Yvonne Scott-Miller
IMPORTANT: Dr. Scott is an OB-GYN seeing only Gynecology patients. This practice does not provide obstetric care or treat pregnant patients; services are limited to gynecological care.
Dr. Yvonne Scott-Miller has served the women of Metro Atlanta since 1986. She is a 1986 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her residency training with Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 1991. Dr. Scott-Miller proudly served her country in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1993. Her commission as Major was voluntarily resigned in 1996. Dr. Yvonne Scott-Miller is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who began her private practice in Gwinnett County in 1993. She stopped Obstetrics and focused on Gynecology in 2001 to devote more time to her husband (Calvin) and three children (Sarah, Calvin, Jr. and Cameron).
The focus of her Gynecology practice is preventive medicine. Annual Examinations, Laboratory evaluation, EKG's, Bone Density Scanning, mammograms and Colonoscopy Consults are routinely ordered. Her facility also performs many in office procedures that would normally be performed in the hospital. Her competent and professional staff of women is here to serve you today.
Dr. Scott-Miller is also passionate about weight loss. Dr. Yvonne Scott-Miller offers a Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program with Thousands of Pounds lost by Women and Men since 2002. The TGA Weight Loss Program is a combination of FDA approved medications used together or individually to decrease your appetite in a major way. Food no longer becomes your daily focus. Your program will be customized for you based on your medical history and medication tolerance.
