I earned my Master's in Acute Care Nursing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. In working with patients, I strive for a holistic approach to care that includes eating healthy, staying active, sleeping well, spending time with loved ones, and doing activities you enjoy-all important to mental health. My approach I take a holistic approach to care. While understanding biological and medical aspects combined with therapeutic frameworks is important, I focus on all factors that make you who you are and the person you want to be. Addressing all contributors to well-being creates a synergistic effect to help patients achieve lasting, meaningful improvements. My focus I enjoy working with all patients and have experience with adult and adolescent populations with conditions including ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, sleeping difficulties, and trauma. I want to support my patients in achieving their goals and becoming the best versions of themselves. During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation, with many questions about your medical and mental health history. After the evaluation, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs to get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!
