Zach is a great listener and approaches every decision very collaboratively. He tries to find solutions that work well in your life and that you can be comfortable with, while still medically sound. On top of that, he’s very empathetic, personable, understanding and non-judgmental. He helped me find the right medications after having been through a laundry list with another provider. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. If you get the option to work with Zach, take it! He’s truly the best.

This is a great place if you are seeking guidance or help for mental health. I typically do not write reviews unless I have had a bad experience but I feel a positive review for Lifestance is much deserved. I have been here off and on, for my own reasons, about 3 or 4 years now. I have met with three different therapist/prescribers and all three were very professional. I felt like I was not being judged for needing help and I could be completely honest. Currently I am seeing Zachary Mangum and he is very thorough, professional and kind. 5 stars to Lifestance and 5 stars to Zachary Mangum!!!

I had great experience with LifeStance. I was the new patient to them. After I scheduled the appointment with them, I started to received all the document need to prepare, the medical team provided very clear instructions how to fill in the forms, and called me several times to reminder and guide me on this. Doctor was very professional and nice. He is a very good listener and provided a lot of good advices that I haven’t received from others. Doctor evaluated my situation and layout multiple options with me, shared the pros and cons of each option, then work with me to select the best one. He also layout the whole treatment plan (timeline, solution) with me, so I can have a whole picture of the treatment.
Overall, great experience! Very transparent and considerable. Strongly recommend!
