So I was never seen by this doctor because it stated that they accepted my insurance but then when it was time for me to see the doctor through video I had to pay a copay. Which was unfair since they supposedly take my insurance. Which I didn't like that part.

I had no clue it was a telehealth visit. Maybe I forgot. But I was given a referral, I called 3x and never heard back from them. So I really don't know the point of the visit with Dr Rios.
I made other appointments with other doctors for other reasons in that office but I declined.

I booked an appointment online, my intent was to meet TeleHealth but Zocdoc did not give an option to select TeleHealth. I called the office, and they were able to accommodate my request, and switched the appt that I booked to TeleHealth with no issues. I booked for 3:30 but Dr. Rios had a cancellation, so we met at 1:30. We met via telephone, no video call and he explained my bloodwork thoroughly. And gave opportunity for me to ask questions. He communicates very clearly and ensures that you understand exactly what's going on, without dismissing any of your concerns. The nurse staff, the one I have met is also very friendly and welcoming.

I was thinking of specific qualities that were great about my experience, but honestly, it was just a truely, all-around positive meeting. Think of things that upset you about doctors, and this company & staff is the exact opposite of that. Just ease of process & respect that is so needed in modern medicine.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Zachary today. I was having trouble locating a provider after moving to New Jersey. It was a pleasure finding this office. I was greeted with a huge smile as soon as I entered the front desk, and I felt extremely welcome. The nurses took their time to ask all the appropriate questions. After that, I had a great appointment with Dr. Zachary. I never felt judged because I was so at ease discussing my past problems. He paid close attention. As I finished my visit, he sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and made my follow-up on his own. He went above and beyond with his bedside manor. For anyone searching for primary care physicians, this office is mandatory.

From my previous visits, Dr. Zachary Rios is very professional, and has answered all of my questions throughly. I met Zachary as I was struggling with alcohol addiction. Listening to him and allowing him to take presence over me and my problems was a massive help.
