Hello! I am an adult psychiatrist and I am dual board certified in Adult General Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry (often called Medical Psychiatry). I have expertise in treating adults across a wide range of mental health conditions with co-morbid medical conditions but in my private practice I focus specifically on mood, anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I primarily provide medication management services however I will work with you to identify what may be helpful in achieving your mental health goals. In addition to medications, I may talk to you about psychotherapy, nutrition, exercise, and wellness considerations. I am also experienced with different interventional approaches within psychiatry and, although I do not provide these here, I am happy to talk to you about where these may or may not fit into a treatment plan. I am happy to collaborate with your other providers (such as therapists, PCPs, etc) and I look forward to the opportunity to working with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I value having a good working relationship with my patients and educating my patients about their treatment. I hope to help you learn more about your wellbeing and how to not only reach but maintain wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will begin with a general psychiatric intake include taking a medical history similar to your PCP. We will then work together to help tailor your treatment based off of your symptoms, goals, and how well specific treatments fit into your life.
