She was over an hour late for my appointment. She tried to pressure me into vaccines and attempted to make me feel bad about not vaccinating my daughter!!! To the point where I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable! I was so confused after the visit it was awful. Her communication was Poor. I felt like I was being talked AT and not talked to. I will not be returning.

Dr. St. Jean and the staff were amazing as usual. It’s very difficult for a Black woman to find a physician that she can trust and believe but Dr. St. Jean is literally the best. Don’t miss/cancel an appointment because it takes forever to get another one. My only issue. Everything else is 5 star treatment.

Dr was super friendly and made it feel like I was talking about sickness with a close friend. I haven’t had a normal doctor appointment in years, pretty much more than half a decade, so my standards were high. A bad experience with a supposed medical professional made me avoid seeing a doctor unless I absolutely had to.
