Switched here recently due to insurance change and best change I could have made. Dr. Zain listens to me and adjusted my medications to make dealing with my PTSD, Anxiety and Depression so much easier.
He is professional, thorough, seems to have a knack for his field, has a down to earth personality and is a gentleman. I normally see female psychiatrists but I like this guy and feel safe and comfortable with him.

They have a decent online website, a patient-portal for appointments, questions, and Telehealth options. 5 stars because this has been the best place for me. I spent 10 years with other doctors, groups, etc. They weren't working long term for me, not even a full year. So far, it's been a success here, so I decided to write this positive review. However, they don't provide any spiritual guidance. I'm looking elsewhere for that anyways. I currently see Dr. Zain Choudhry. He has patiently listened to my past issues and has given excellent advice for my future battles. These appointments have improved my lifestyle. A steady 3y career and the return of my social life seems to prove this true. I'm still working on some anxiety and anger issues but those are non social issues that are improving. I hope to update this review when I see improvements in those areas. Overall, I feel balanced, compared to my past roller-coaster, self-help & self-medicated lifestyle. I finally grew up and searched for help. Took me a bit of searching and reading. If you're reading this far, I hope you strive to do the same.
I made myself abundantly clear as to what wanted to be treated for. I’ve been diagnosed multiple times and treated as many. I do not want to try more medications when I was very successfully taking adderall and stated such before him and I seen each other. He blew off every last thing I spoke of and demanded that I keep it to a yes or no answer. Furthermore some people know what works for them. From years of experience and suffering with my disorder. My records have to reflect such. I take blood pressure medication as well shall is stop what is working for me. To try a gaggle of different medications because the doctors pen finger is itching. I don’t get it. Do documents and records hold no weight in the medical field I was treated very poorly and I want to speak with someone that he answers to. Please. Is what I’m doing here not allowed
