About Dr. Zhanping Lu

Dr. Lu completed his medical education and training in China at The Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Qingdao University Medical College respectively. Nearly 30 years of clinical and research experience in both medical school and hospitals, Dr. Lu learned both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine including modern medical technology, acupuncture, medicinal herbs, with specialization in neurology. After years of practice and accomplishments in China, Dr. Lu was invited as a guest assistant professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1991. With excellent achievements in a research program, Dr. Lu decided to become a Chiropractic Doctor in order to introduce Traditional Chinese Medicine to the Western culture. He obtained a Doctor's Degree of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1998, Dr. Lu became a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and board certified Acupuncturist and then began his practice in Dallas. He became NAET practitioner in 2003 and NAT instructor in 2014. Starting in May 2015, Dr. Lu began to open training class of NAET in China, together with Jing Su, Ph.D., they have established NAET practitioners group in China.
