“Zhiwen is incredible. A true healer. She always asks me about every symptom I’m having, takes me seriously, and checks up on me thoroughly. I’ve been to many different acupuncturists and after finding Zhiwen I will look no further. She is the secret to my health. I love how she always share her knowledge and gives me lots of tips on how to take care of myself. I also love how painless her needles are and the excellent massage therapists she includes with her service. Really can not recommend her enough. ”

Dr. Zhiwen (Wendy) Zhong has successfully treated a variety of conditions including allergy, acute sinusitis, common cold, anxiety/stress-related emotional issues, headache (migraine), TMJ and tinnitus, Meniere's disease, acute and chronic pain of the neck, shoulder, and lower back, fibromyalgia, PMS, infertility (IVF) and general women's health issues, sleeping disorders (insomnia or hypersomnia), weight gain or weight loss, facial rejuvenation, oncology-related conditions, and GI disorders.
Dr. Zhong earned her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She has gained extensive training and undergone thorough clinical education at the medical center of NYU Langone. She has also been designated a Fellow of the ATCMA Chinese Cosmetology Committee.

Dr. Zhong is always extremely thoughtful with her care. She takes the time to listen to your concerns at every visit and has a targeted treatment approach. She also is interactive such that she will ask if the treatment is working or not. Very enjoyable and relaxing experience!

My visit to Apex was an excellent experience. I came here with torren shoulder with severe pain and impossible to lift my right arm. On the first visit, only after a few mins, I felt instant relief of the pain and was able to move the arm. After 4 visits, the problem was almost 40% gone. Dr. Zhong is very professional & knowledgeable & skillful wich gave me lots of confident and trust in her treatment.
