After multiple voicemails and emails confirming my appointment, doctor was double booked and was late to our scheduled telehealth at 3pm. Waited online for 20 mins before reaching out to their office only to be told doctor was running behind on appointments and if I’d like to cancel or reschedule. I can’t speak to her bed side manner as I didn’t see her, but overall rated it 2 because of the incessant confirmation calls/emails and was still not seen as scheduled.

After waiting 30-45 minutes for the doctor to show up. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I needed medicine to help manage my symptoms, and after calling a few times without answer, I didn't have my prescription until the next day.

The doctor was polite but seemed very rushed. She didn’t turn her camera on and appeared eager to end the call quickly. Unfortunately, she also forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy, leaving me without the treatment I needed for my skin issues. I was hoping for a more helpful experience.

Unfortunately this was a negative experience for myself. This was my first time trying to get help from a Dermatologist and I left the appointment disappointed. The Doctor was 15 minutes late to the call which was fine since I was able to book a same day appointment before a holiday however the call lasted maybe 5 minutes. I’m not sure as to how a typical appointment is supposed to go as again it was my first time however I was immediately asked if I would like oral or topicals for my acne, which I barley even explained my skin. Only how long I’ve had acne. Maybe It’s due to how long she’s been in the field that she may know what I need and virtual may be harder but I don’t feel like I was given any full explanations what I was prescribed or what could be the issues for my skin just simply prescribed, something I don’t even know and had to researched my self. It could be just the timing of the appointment but I wouldn’t go back.

Doctor never showed up. I waited my entire appointment hoping she's pop in. After I gave my feedback that doctor never showed up to my scheduled appointment I got a call and text saying she showed up 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This was my first booking through zocdoc and I was so hopeful that virtual medical appointment would work for me. I am super disappointed.

Waited 15 mins for the provider to join the tono call, heard nothing from the office in that time. Took it upon myself to call the office to see if my appointment was still happening. Was on hold for 5 more minutes and then told there was a "technical difficulty" and then the provider said the appointment wasn't showing up on their schedule. Waist of time. Took about 45 mins total to figure out that I wouldn't be seen today and received a message from the provider at 9:55 (9AM) stating that the appointment wasn't showing on her schedule. If I'm already waiting for my appointment I shouldn't be the one to have to track down the provider. I understand Dr.s are busy but so is the rest of the world.

Dr.Zoe was great my appointment was very smooth. She listened to my concerns and even notice areas on my neck that was darken that I had to forgot to mention in my pre appointment application. From there on she knew what was causing my dark spots and gave me her recommendations for what to use in my face and set in my prescription order for my cream. I will definitely recommend Dr.Zoe for your skin concerns.

My appointment with my new dermatologist, Dr. Zoe Indigo Smith, was fantastic and I'd have to rate my overall experience as an 11/10. As for first impressions, Dr. Smith arrived EARLY to my scheduled video call appointment! At my appointment, Dr. Smith provided ample time for us to discuss my symptoms, concerns, and health history. Her warmness and positive demeanor made me feel very comfortable during my visit; she listened carefully and provided detailed explanations to all my concerns. In determining my diagnosis and treatment, Dr. Smith took her time to clearly communicate all immediate and future action steps, treatment plans, potential follow ups, medications, and once again she happily answered any questions that came up. I've already told my family and friends about the exceptional care I received from Dr. Smith; therefore, I'd also highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skin expert, dermatologist, that seems to genuinely care for her patients and their health.
