The office is clean and nice, located in a Wellstar Urgent Care facility. Dr. Natasha and the staff rush a lot through the appointments. They were kind but very impersonal.

Dr Mamdani is great. She explained everything in detail and in everyday terms for me to understand. She has a very calm demeanor and it made me feel safe and welcome and calm. She clearly laid out the plan going forward. I would recommend her to everyone.

My only issue is it’s difficult getting the office on the phone and I can be on hold for a good bit. However, Dr. Mamdani is an incredible provider who listened to my concerns and genuinely cared.

The Doctor spoke to me in a way that made me feel heard. We discussed my issues and she gave me what insights she had and then we discussed tests and next steps. I was included in the decisions and I understood what the process was. I left feeling really good about the visit. Unfortunately thats rare in the medical trade. Too many physicians grunt and leave the room.
