I was seen by Dr. Bedford and his assistant Meredith who were both great. Great bedside manner, well informed and explained everything clearly, didn't make me feel rushed. Answered all my questions and laid out plans of treatments/options if the current treatment wasn't working. Worlds different from my previous Dr. who basically told me there was very little they could do for my knee, that it was in terrible condition and but I was too young to have a knee replacement so there were only two treatments they could try and if they didn't work then I would just have to live with the pain until I could get a replacement. Only con was there was a slight smell in the waiting room. I think the chairs need to be cleaned or at least the one closest to the desk on the right side of the office …read more

The reception area is well kept. The receptionists were cordial. I wish the check-in system was more integrated with ZocDoc to retrieve appropriate responses for their paperwork. The doc was professional - and seems to hit the diagnosis spot on once we got down to business. I don't think I receive sufficient explanation for a first-time visit. However, the recommendations were sound and fell within my expectations. I was given a referral for PT and an expectation for a follow-up visit a month from this visit. Dr Galano was super helpful and took the time to explain to me the cause of my hip pain. He even showed me a hip model and explained in detail what was happening and the cause of my pain.
