About Dr. Aaron Ploshnick

Aaron Ploshnick graduated from Rutgers University in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science with an Applied Kinesiology focus. He then attended Stony Brook University to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Aaron has developed his outpatient clinical experience on both the East Coast and the West Coast, including a concentration in Functional Orthopedic Manual Therapy techniques while in Seattle, Washington. He has studied under leading resident practitioners of the Ola Grimsby School of Manual Therapists to provide the best treatment with current evidence-based practice. He is also certified in Infant Massage Therapy and Technique (IMTT) and proficient in Graston MFR and Kinesiotaping techniques. When he’s not working, Aaron is spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their 6-month-old son, Grant. He is a passionate sports fan of the New York Yankees and the Tennessee Titans, and enjoys recreational volleyball, softball, and golf. Aaron is very excited to be a part of the team at Excel Physical Therapy and is looking forward to providing quality care for our local patient population.
