I finally have a practice that cares about me! I am so grateful I found this place, because it's better than any Physical Therapy I've been to in Park Slope. It is pleasant from the moment you enter, and are greeted with a friendly face at the front desk, to the warm welcome of the team that will guide you through your personal healing journey. They closely monitor & adjust you as you do your work. Naturally, the harder you try, the more benefit you will receive, and with a cracked spine, herniated discs & sciatica, I was in terrible pain when I arrived. Couldn't move. Now, I walk through Prospect Park to warm up, and after exercises; there is massage! Thank you Sherri & all of the therapists whose smile I remember; but names I forget. (And when you're done with PT, Ali's Roti is right across the street! The final reward.)

Awesome first visit with a trustworthy physical therapy team! They take the time to be thorough and meet patient needs, rather than rushing through a checklist. I'm looking forward to recovering with support from PT of the City @ Flatbush.

Dr. Yasser Abdelsalam is very friendly and helpful. He did a thorough examination, then explained the diagnosis and treatment plan to me carefully, answering any questions I had. He is gentle and thorough, and treats all of his patients with care and respect. The staff is also friendly and upbeat…recommended!

I love this place!!! I’ve been to a fair share of physical therapists over the years but non compare with PT of the City! I’m going to the Flatbush location. The attention I’m given is outstanding and very personalized. Because o had two bone spurs removed I need massage as well as the tens stimulation and exercise. The massage is fabulous…there has been so much improvement in such a short time ad my sessions are 1.5 hours. If you’re looking for a p/t look no further!!! Any branch will provide the same exceptional service!

They were playing very annoying pop song covers pretty loudly the whole time. Most of the staff were either cold or awkward or both. I felt like I was given a generic treatment without much input on what I wanted or needed.

I have only been once but, I got the impression that a lot of patients return to PT at this location. The patients and professionals seemed so comfortable with each other.
I can only assume that the warm energy I received, on my first visit, is constantly present.

Friendly front desk staff. Wasn't sure if they could work with my worker's comp claim but saw me anyway, everything worked out in the end. After the thorough assessment, doctor diagnosed me right away and we started on a treatment plan. Clean, modern equipment in the office and I left feeling better than I have in weeks. Will see again.

I have 3 herniated discs in my lumbar spine. My first visit - he explained my injury and how it affects me [no doctor before him has] then reassured my spirit that I’ll be able to heal ! Then I had a massage, heat/ electro wave treatment and stretches. I’m truly shocked by how much care and intention went into this FIRST visit. & the playlist was amazing. Definitely feeling confident about my healing journey. Very grateful to Dr.Khalifa & the staff.

Dr. Khalifa is absolutely amazing! From my very first visit he took the time to listen to every single detail of what was going on with me. Then he also thoroughly explained every detail of what I needed to know about my condition, even pointing out specifics on a diagram. At no point in time did I feel rushed, or like I was just the "next" patient passing through. During the exercises, he checks in to ensure that each one is being done correctly with proper form. He also explains the reasoning/purpose for each exercise and how they help my problem. In addition to Dr. Khalifa, the staff that work there with him are all exceptionally amazing as well. Very polite, and super patient. This is my second experience with physical therapy in general, and I can truly say it's the BEST experience so far. I would definitely recommend.
