About Dr. Ace Frianeza

My desire to become a physical therapist grew from my lifelong passion for sports, movement, and staying active. Growing up, I spent much of my adolescence skateboarding, which eventually led to chronic ankle sprains and instability. Through my own experience with physical therapy, I was introduced to the profession and became fascinated by the autonomy, creativity, and problem-solving involved in helping people recover and return to the activities they love. This experience motivated me to pursue hundreds of hours of clinical exposure across outpatient, inpatient, and aquatic physical therapy settings. Each setting showed me a different side of the profession and strengthened my passion for patient-centered care. What I value most about physical therapy is the connection built between clinician and patient. I enjoy being able to educate, motivate, and work alongside people throughout their recovery while helping them regain confidence, independence, and quality of life.
