“Dr. Ebeid is extremely knowledgeable of the human body and its functions and is very informative. When I or other patients have any questions, He takes the time to explain what’s going on with each patient so we are aware of what we need to do individually to have a speedy recovery. He is an asset to Hands Of Hope. The staff is great, PT Cherish and Norr are great and very knowledgeable as well. They are very attentive and always makes sure that the Patients are attended to. They work closely with the patients to make sure that we are doing the work. Cherish Is no joke with her workouts. They are instrumental in helping the patients with our recovery. The vibes and energy is very good at the Morris Park location which helps to boost the patients as well. I love it there. I broke my hip and Pelvis, and I have a torn torn rotator cuff. I have been going to Hands of Hope for 10 months for my conditions. I sometimes get discouraged and don’t want to go. They motivate me to keep going.”

Although I did not see the doctor I booked with this visit was short and sweet they did have me in and out and about 30 minutes that part of the visit was very pleasant and the office itself is very small crowded with equipment and no wiggle room. I got agitated listening to other patients on their cell phone finding it difficult to fill in my application because not only were they on the phone it was on speaker in again a very small setting overall I don't feel I interacted with the doctor long enough to have an opinion on them in and of itself yes I will go there again

My first impression of this location noisy kids entering areas and violating privacy of other patients and the staff behind a desk and patients seem not to respect the boundaries sadly to me this was unacceptable and unsatisfactory, while the quality of the pool therapy was unclean the floors were dangerously damp, slippery and wet, I had no knowledge of where they kept clean towels., while I momentarily used a dirty towel while I was left alone unassisted. Never going back to none of these locations.
