About Aidan Graham

As with many of my colleagues, my interest in physical therapy began when I was a high school athlete and injured my knee during back-to-back lacrosse seasons, which kept me from competing. During my undergraduate studies at SUNY Brockport, I was a founding member of the barbell club, where I helped people improve themselves through one of my passions: powerlifting. I also served as a strength coach intern at SUNY Brockport, and working with athletes further fueled my passion for helping people who are dedicated to the sports they hold close to their hearts. While attending the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, I was fortunate to continue working with high-level athletes and learn directly from industry experts such as Mike Reinold, Lenny Macrina, Dave Tilley, Dan Pope, and many others. I am still actively training and competing in the 220-pound weight class, multiply division of powerlifting, and I hope to set the world record in that weight class in the near future.
