Hi, I’m Alanna. I specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy and work with women, men, and transgender patients, providing inclusive, respectful care for a wide range of pelvic health needs. I’m trained through Herman & Wallace, the leading education organization in pelvic health, and I focus on helping patients better understand their bodies while restoring strength, function, and confidence. I work with many women during pregnancy and after childbirth, helping prepare the body for delivery and supporting recovery afterward. I also treat pelvic pain, core weakness, bladder and bowel concerns, and other pelvic floor symptoms that can interfere with daily life, exercise, and overall comfort. In addition to pelvic health, I’m trained in orthopedic physical therapy, which allows me to address related issues such as back, hip, SI joint, and core pain that often contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction. I take a whole-body approach so treatment feels complete and well thought out—not limited to one area. I know pelvic floor therapy can feel intimidating at first. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe asking questions, fully informed about your care, and involved in every step of the process.
