Alexandra Schechner, PT, DPT is a Brooklyn-based physical therapist specializing in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-sport care. A lifelong multisport athlete, she brings both personal experience and evidence-based training to her work with youth, adolescent, and adult athletes. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from Long Island University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Oakland City University. Alexandra has expertise in lower extremity and shoulder rehabilitation, with a special interest in women’s sports health.
